It’s all things Easter! Creme egg brownies, chocolate and vanilla mini egg cake and a galaxy caramel cheesecake with galaxy caramel eggs on top going in the fridge to set for tomorrow!

I thought I’d show you another one that I was busy making this weekend.... this one was for my brother! A three tier chocolate cake covered in a peanut buttercream, topped with a dark chocolate ganache and topped with all things peanut!!! I think he liked it!

A quick bit of baking today ready for tomorrow! I thought I would do my own interpretation of the cakes that is being talked about at the moment. The royal wedding lemon and elderflower!!! Here we have a simple version, lemon and elderflower sponge sandwiched together with lemon curd and filled and covered in a two town elderflower buttercream! This will be available tomorrow!

Good Friday (30th)- 8.30-16.30 Saturday 31st March- 8.30-16.30 Sunday 1st April- Closed Bank Holiday Monday 2nd April- Closed Reopen on Tuesday 3rd as normal These are all normal hours apart from being closed on the Monday! We also have a Good Friday Special on! Any main and dessert from the list for £9.50. We also have our normal menu running this day! We have a couple of bookings over lunch time already but walk ins welcome or phone us to book a table!

It will soon be Easter so we’ve made another batch of creme egg brownies!! They will be available today! Triple chocolate brownies topped with mini creme eggs!!

Busy baking for tomorrow! We have Just made a party ring cake! 4 thinner layers of Victoria sponge sandwiched together with jam and vanilla buttercream! We then covered it pink and white buttercream and topped it with a two tone twist and party rings!!!

Another one cut straight into! 🍰
