Always great to hear feed back from clients... Dan smashed his training consistently and stuck to healthy diet. Dan made significant body composition changes. A pleasure to train!! I thought I would post Dan's testimonial: I payed for 12 1 hour training sessions with Rich, but that isn't all you get. You also have quality nutritional advice, training plans and someone who goes above and beyond supporting you through your training goals. For anyone is is sceptical about personal trainers (as i was before this) do not be. If this is your first time training Rich will give a great foundation to base your training and nutrition on. If you are a more advanced athlete Rich will be able to tweak your technique and ensure you are doing everything correctly. I have found PT with Rich to be amazing value for money and have seen massive improvements over the 12 sessions. I cannot recommend this highly enough, Rich is a supportive and genuinely nice person who will push you to your limits and beyond.

Try this quick workout at home ... easy format.. Set timer for 8 minutes ● 40 mountain climbers ● 30 bicycle crunches ● 20 press ups ● 10 jump squats ● 5 burpees Do as many laps as you can ! Ps, once I've cracked the whole video recording thingy il post a few mini workouts! Enjoy :)
