As a few have asked whether class is on tonight ❄️❄️❄️ I am expecting that the air conditioning will be on tonight and provided this is the case the class will be going ahead. If it's not on and it seems too hot / unsafe to proceed then the class will be cancelled and everyone will be refunded or carry over to next week. Fingers crossed it will be nice and cool as I have asked that this is the case ❄️❄️❄️

I know the suns out and it can be hard to stay motivated but just remember consistency is key!
