Today is the start of our new timetable. We now have 3 early morning sessions (Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday 7.30am) and will be closing at 13.30 at weekends. Swimming lessons also start back today for 8 weeks. We still have a couple spaces free. Why not start your Monday with Metafit tonight at 6.15pm. 20 minutes of fat burning exercise. CUSTOMER NOTICE After a review of customer usage at Sutherland Swimming Pool, High Life Highland are pleased to announce that we are changing our opening hours to better fit the needs of our local community. The total numbers of hours provided is the same, but by opening at 7.30am instead of 10am on Tuesday and Thursday mornings we are able to provide additional capacity for swimmers at a time when demand is high. Because customer demand is at its lowest on weekend afternoons, the pool will now close at 13:30 instead of 15:30 on Saturday and Sunday. Due to a publice holiday sutherland swimming pool is closed today. There will be no metafit tonight. We are open as usual tomorrow.

Recently at SSP our class numbers have fallen. We are putting a post up to find out what you want from the classes. We would like to know what classes you like/dislike? What time suits you guys best? And how long you would like these classes to be? We aim to attract as many people as possible and therefor would love to hear some feedback. Ferrycroft Visitor Centre - Ferrycroft Visitor Centre

Come and visit Ferrycroft Visitor Centre. Click the link below for more information. The two walks start from Ferrycroft, the first is the Ord Hill Archaeological Trail (hut circles, burnt mound, chambered cairns), the other walk is Ferrywood with a ruined broch, views of Shin Dam and lochside path.
