I qualified in Sport Therapy/ Fitness Training in 2000, and my extensive experience has led to work in the field of neuro/muscular/skeletal rehabilitation. My name is Ingrid Rousseau and I support clients with a range of therapies, treatments and advice that complements the work of the Chiropractor. My practice is in Godalming, Surrey(just south of Guildford).
I qualified in Sport Therapy/ Fitness Training in 2000, and my extensive experience has led to work in the field of neuro/muscular/skeletal rehabilitation. Much of my work centres on lifestyle solutions, stress management, soft tissue massage and exercise programmes, including hydro-therapy.
My qualification in Kinesiology, has added to my knowledge of energy therapy and pain management.
My passion and enthusiasm, along with a thorough knowledge and understanding of the subject, will ensure that, together, we will over-come barriers and find solutions to your physical needs and lifestyle issues.
