Updated Terms and Conditions. February 2018 When accepting a booking with us at Paws and Relax, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Late Cancellations or ‘No Shows’ We require a minimum of 24hrs notice for any cancellations. This allows us to fill your appointment slot with another client or rearrange our day as necessary. If you fail to adhere to this policy, or fail to turn up to your appointment you will be required to pay 50% of your missed appointment. You may also be asked to provide a non-refundable deposit for future appointments. Late Arrival or Collection Each groomer has their own fully equipped station to ensure individual care and attention can be given to the client we have in. To maintain this we do appreciate prompt collection of your pet. We will give a collection time when you drop off your pet and will advise if we are able to alter this in anyway. We are able to keep your dog longer than their groom time if they are dog friendly and happy to socialise with our own however a dog sitting fee will be applied should this exceed 30 minutes. If you are more than 15minutes late dropping off your dog, we are highly unlikely to be able to groom them in that appointment slot. This is because we pride ourselves on not rushing the groom itself and will work to your dog’s pace. Fleas Please keep your pet up to date with flea treatment. We will advise you if your pet has any little visitors, dead or alive, at their visit. We will add a charge to those with fleas to cover the costs of flea shampoo, flea bombing the salon and any potential loss of income should we have to cancel the next clients to avoid cross-contamination.
