Hey everyone, who wants to take part in our Sports Relief Studio Cycling sessions? There will be an extra class every day Monday 19th to Friday 23rd. Check the picture for days and times Only a small donation into the box before the class is required to take part. Spaces are limited and you can phone 01465915200 to book and secure your space. You do not need to be a member to book. The aim is to log the furthest collective distance possible over the week from all of our classes and from a bike that will be stationed in reception. RESTRICTED ACCESS ANNOUNCEMENT - There will be no public swimming between 11:45am & 7pm on the 20th of March due to essential maintenance. All other areas will be open as normal.

Please help share/like with friends & family of all ages & any groups you are part of. THANK YOU! Event: This Wednesday 14th March at 11am – 12noon. No booking required you just need to turn up. It’s FREE & Fun. Gets you out in the Fresh Air & It’s a great way to make new Friends. So what is it?................ Pilot for a new walking activity in and around The Quay Zone. [A one hour walk led by trained volunteers & open to everyone. Walks will vary from coastal to around the local town and will always be fun. At the end of each walk the group can relax in the “The Quay Zone” Café.] Suitable for all ages and abilities just turn up with suitable shoes and dressed for the weather. GREAT OPPORTUNITY for anyone interested to help with the group and become a walk lead. There is a day’s free training funded by “Paths for All” & supported by South Ayrshire Council.

Saturday morning 10am HIIT Class this week will be 35min HIIT on the bikes followed by core conditioning call. Members can call 01465915200 to book

There will be no public pool access on Monday the 12th March from 9:30am to 12:30pm due to essential maintenance. Public lane swimming is unaffected and is still on from 7am to 9:30am.

*************************SNOW DAY FUN*************************** We never get snow days in Girvan, school lessons are cancelled, and the kids are off. So now, we have some extra pool time available for swimming and a fun float session. Here is tomorrows pool timetable in the attached picture.(Thursday the 1st) Remember too that the soft play morning club runs fro 9:30-11:30 and is only £1.50 per child with juice and a cookie included.
