Just to let everyone know that from Thursday 27th April we will be adding a new earlier session and from that date session times with be 5.30pm and 7.30pm .. with Joy
Do it now, leaving joining group until after Easter will delay getting you to your ideal happy weight..you can still enjoy Easter and lose weight beautifully..
