Welcome to Volunteering in Chopwell Wood.
A page for past present and would be volunteers sharing experiences with each other and the community. Volunteering in Chopwell Wood is free! Fun! and helps to keep you fit!
You may want to learn new skills in Forest management, or need help towards your CV, something to do between jobs or Uni or simply meet other people in an outdoor environment. You may be retired and would like to give something back or just want to enjoy the woodland with like minded people.
Any age over 16, any ability, any gender all are welcome. We are Deaf aware and often offer basic communication support. Come and join us, work as long or as little as you like, you can get stuck in, use your muscles or just gently, steady as you go its up to you. We like to see our volunteers enjoy their day and get a kick out of being with us.
