It takes dedication, self awareness, self control but when your consciously more aware, and can push your ego out of the war path, the shelf of negativity in your mind will start to diminish. I've made it to 3 days of no complaining, and it was tough. When you decide to change a habit, it can be very overwhelming and so many things can crop up that make it feel impossible and also make you feel somewhat disappointed in yourself. You might give up.
