Happy International Women's day. Eva Crofts was one of many women who worked as freelance designers in the 1930s for companies such as Donald Brothers and Clarice Cliff. This design Coopersale was produced for Donald Brothers.

2019 is the bi-centennial of the death of James Watt. The new display in the library and main building reception is Power and Processes, which explores the impact of new technology on textile production. The display features lace, dye records and Donald Brothers furnishing fabrics. The display will run until July.
