The Scottish Borders Childminding Services Hello my name is Louise Dalgleish, I am a bubbly and friendly mum, I live in Galashiels with my husband and three children. I became a Childminder, registered by the Care Inspectorate, as I love looking after children. Your child will enjoy a safe and healthy environment with lots of singing, dancing and playing music/instruments, outings, local groups, walks and visits to the park. Every day there will be messy activities, from sand/water play, cookery, painting, art and crafts. I will work within the National Care Standards, and closely with parents, to make sure your child gets everything they need from a child minding environment. I will encourage them to learn, be creative and most of all have fun!

Catching up after the holidays, been a busy week back with a new wee friend settling in. Some pics from a couple of weeks ago... Very muddy Easter outdoor fun with Kates Childcare! (With yummy treats at the end!) I almost fell a few times, which the kids and Kate found hilarious, thankfully I stayed upright, much to their disappointment!! 😄
A little update! We’ve had sunny days, cold days, snow days and spring like days!....But everyday we’ve had fun with our friends playing and exploring with Kates Childcare 😍😊

The last few weeks have been busy as usual! We’ve had half term holiday fun, Valentines Day, an adventure up the hill for Pancake Day, Chinese New Year theme, and also said goodbye to one of my little friends who’s away to Nursery 😊
Settling in 😊
The day the snow came! 16.01.18 We sledged in the morning with Kates Childcare, and couldn’t move the car for the School run in the afternoon!! We decided to have an adventure and walk over the hill home! 🌨❄️☃️ ....”it was the best day ever”...😄
Icy walks, skating and jumping on icy puddles! We made our happyland people into ice skaters when we got home!! The iced happyland people were even tasty for some little ones!!! 😄❄️
