I started Pole Fitness and dancing over 6 years ago, with no dance background, already over the age of 30. Unlike any other form of exercise I'd tried, Pole fitness was fun. I mean, who wouldn't like to exercise in a way where you feel like you're not exercising at all?
The Pole dancing community is a very friendly environment, there are ladies and men of all ages, shapes and sizes.
