Limber Sports Massage Therapy
Description
Limber provides ergonomic and postural assessment as well as sports/remedial massage to ensure that you get the best from your body. I am a level 4 sports massage therapist with a particular interest in myofacial release techniques. I am also a chartered safety & health professional, so am able to offer hands on relief for musculoskeletal problems as well as practical advice and aftercare for both your sporting life and work life.
I have a fantastic client base with both sporting and non-sporting clients. I regularly see clients who compete in triathlons, mountain biking races, kayakers and body builders. Office workers are another key group of clients, where poor posture at computer workstations causes no end of issues.
Helping people get the most out of their body, whether that is as part of their sport or as part of their every day lives is my aim.

Lovely weather for the Immortal sprint triathlon yesterday and the Half Ironman today. I had the privilege of massaging the winner of the Half Ironman today, an amazing guy who hardly seemed fatigued at all! Great to see some familiar faces yesterday too 😀 #Stourhead #ironman #immortalsport #triathlon
Another great CPD session with James Hatt tonight. Biomechanics is such an interesting subject. It all makes so much sense, it's logical and evidence based. Feeling enthused.

Today I've been with South West Sports Massage at Devizes Half Marathon. It was really cold and windy but the runners did brilliantly. It was great to see a queue at the massage tent, we were really busy. Fantastic to help some very tired legs to recover and to see the runners appreciating the benefit of massage as part of their post-race routine. Well done everyone. #devizeshalf
