Urgent : We have needed to change the venue and date of the Pantomime. The new venue will be All souls church hall, Cheriton, the dates will be one evening performance on February 16th and and Afternoon and evening performance on Saturday 17th February. The cast met yesterday and were informed of some issues that had arisen (these issues were not of our making) and decided it was better to move the venue. We made it a priorit to try to contact people who had already purchased tickets and to get as many posters and advertisments for the panto taken down, then orgenise a new venue and then readvertise and let people know on social media etc. It appears one of the ticket holders beat us to it and has posted on Facebook that the event has been cancelled (its not cancelled, just postponed and moved), that is fine but we wish you to know we had an agreed action plan of how to inform people and had hoped to release an official statement with all the new details on a poster rather than just saying it was cancelled and we had no plan in place. We apologise if this being posted on facebook by someone else before us has caused any problems. We really appreciate your support and do hope you will come to watch the pantomime at the new venue on the new dates. I will post a new flyer Monday.
