Sports Massage Treatments: £30 for 1 hour session (Specific treatments available by individual arrangement after initial consultation)
Personal or Small Group Training: From £30 per hour session by individual arrangement after initial consultation.
Circuit Training: Resistance training-based general conditioning. Wednesdays & Fridays at 0615-0715 (£5 per person)
Strength Classes: Barbell strength training (Squats, Bench, Deadlifts, Press) every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 0930-1100 and 1830-2000 (£7.50 per person)
About me:
In case you're interested, I'm a REP (Register of Exercise Professionals) Registered, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. My other qualifications include GB Powerlifting Federation Instructor level 1, Pre & Post Natal Exercise, GP Referral, as well as Studio Cycling, Suspension Training and Kettlebell Instruction.

New Year Strength Class Bookings. I’ll be opening spaces for booking on Strength Classes in the New Year from next week. All of my current clients will have first refusal and remaining spaces will be allocated on a first come; first served basis. Newcomers will need to undergo an induction process to gain access to the classes. Please get your thinking caps on and let me know if you’re interested. Christmas Holidays and 2018 Class Timetable. Hi everyone, I've finalised the class timetable for after the New Year and wanted to give you plenty of advance warning. We'll be shutting shop for our Christmas holidays from 2000 on Friday 22nd December and re-opening on Monday 8th January. Here's the 2018 class timetable (From Monday 8th Jan 2018): Early morning circuit training. Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 0615-0715. Evening circuit training. Every Tuesday & Thursday at 1830-1930. Strength & Conditioning (Barbell Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Press). Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 0930-1100 and 1830-2000. Any newcomers to the Strength & Conditioning Classes will need to go through an induction process to become familiar with the main lifts before they are admitted to the class programme; please get in touch for details. Booking. Places will be available online at www.capricornfitness.co.uk as PAYG or in blocks to suit your current training programme. If you're thinking about starting Strength & Conditioning after the New Year, it would be a good idea to get your induction sessions prior to the holidays so you can get started straight away after the break. Open Gym. Clients who have been through the induction process will be able to book time in the gym by individual arrangement with me.

It’s really rewarding to witness the moments where people find their confidence and start to believe they can do something difficult by trusting what they’ve been taught and just going for it. 70kg personal best for Lorna this morning; looking good and ready for more weight next time!!
