Thank you to everyone who forwarded on last nights Facebook post regarding the claims from a small local Fochaber's based Taxi marshalling enterprise that they were "sub contracting" the security at McDonalds in Elgin. Obviously my close friend of many years & managing director of McDonald's Elgin and 7 other outlets across Scotland where we supply them with security was shocked to see that claim as we are their SOLE suppliers of Door Supervision always have been always will be. McDonald's have an extremely robust centralised policy regarding this type of thing, monitored and dealt with by the McDonald's franchise company directly and combined with our legal team will take action on this Monday morning. We do not use Sub Contractors and take matters like this, along with "intimidation" of our personnel very seriously, we'll see who has the last laugh here but I suspect they will be extremely regretful and more careful next time with taking on Global brands and also with what they post online.

We are submitting 5 new applications tomorrow for those who have just passed their Door Supervision course here at MSL. Every year we train, and employ at least 20 completely new people via our apprenticeship scheme. We do also employ those who have obtained their own licence but the best route to a great career with us is via our training process. Many current employees have been with us 14yrs or more and very good money can be made if you prove yourself and are prepared to work hard.

I want to give a quick shout out to everyone on our team's for this weekend out on Events, Football, Guarding and Doors. We are providing security for 50 venues over the next couple of nights and will be stretched to the limits, the entire management team here are grateful to all our people who have really stepped up and are helping out, around 100 personnel will be involved. Recently we have taken on new venues such as the The Cooperage in Elgin, also Domino's Pizza Elgin The The Craftsman Company Aberdeen and The Market Arms - Aberdeen These venues are flourishing and we have no doubt they will continue to do so. There are so many venues and people worthy of mention but will save that for another day, have a great weekend one and all.

Big thanks to the entire team here, we have just completed the busiest 4 week period in the history of the company. The business continues to go from strength to strength,employing new people weekly, gaining new contracts in both the static & door sectors. We operate a very strict business model managed by a team of professionals who have each been in the security industry 10yrs or more. Personnel put forward the company mantra of firm, fair & friendly, we pay everyone on time every time and offer the best rate we can in each contract. Clients continue to select us based on word of mouth, accreditation and reputation, we can do, we can go anywhere and we bring a massive bank of contacts and media coverage. No one is left out of the companies journey and as we battle to improve standards in the sector we improve employee terms, no one here is better than anyone else, everyone has started at the bottom and learnt the trade from scratch. Very few updates lately as we have been so busy out there on Doors, Sites and Events. We've dropped a few clients who don't pay within agreed terms or treat our people in an acceptable manner whilst they are deployed to their venues. Our strict policies and accreditations have been revised and expanded on. We've secured so much new work lately that a fresh batch of trainee's will shortly be attending training. 4 newly qualified personnel will be out on jobs very shortly and 1 has already been licensed and deployed. My thanks go out to our great managers and personnel who have really pulled together this Summer and have strengthened our brand.
