Brain Strain Just added the final touches to today's mushroom curry. No yoghurt today so this is a vegan Brain Strain ;) Finished off with a mustard oil fried with garlic, fennel, black cardamom, fennel and black cumin :)

What a brilliant Monday. Free tea and coffee went down a treat, as did a very varied menu. We sold a bit of everything today! No photos but our first cloud burger went out and was polished off with gusto :) Massive thanks to Jane and Beth who rocked out front, before we just had one member out there for Monday's but things just keep getting busier :) Cyas Wednesday!

Korean Nuclear Noodles Coming shoon :D So these actually exist, but generally made with ramon style (super noodles) noodles.and come from a packet with packet sauce. I'm thinking egg noodles with a fresh stirfry mixed through and a tamarind ghost chilli and fish sauce. Cooked to order. Think sweet and sticky dirty fries but with noodles and blow your fekin mouth off. :-D

Cloud Burgers, Unlimited Free Tea & Coffee and 2 Fingers to the Supply Chain! Supply Chain first..... Aieeee it was trixie today, everywhere had sold out of everything we need but we just about muddled through. Thank you to all our lovely visitors today that put up with slight edits to our dishes. Fingers crossed all is fine tomorrow, otherwise we are royally screwed. Free Tea & Coffee. Yup, all day from 10am till 4pm this will not be charged for, even if its all you have & even takeaway :) Cloud Burgers! So... What are they? We were asked ;) We used to do them at 13 moons, quite simply it is a gluten free bread we make from eggs and cream cheese. What happens is you get these fluffy little pancake type rolls that look like clouds, inside that i'll be putting a huge hand made burger with some salad and cheese and serving with a decent sized portion of our house dirty fries. Pictures to come once i've made a few! It has been a few years since I last made em but in bright and early tomorrow for a practice run then on all week! That gives us.... Post #3 beeelion Due to my own transport issues and the delights of delivery lorries and snow, im short of a ton o ingredients. Soooooooo change of shoop tomorrow to Shausage & Bean. Chorizo, the snug pork sausage, smoked sausage & bratwurst, cooked slowly with 2 bottles of red wine, copious amounts of beans (should be caneloni but can't get em in Fochabers) a ridiculous amount of garlic, sweet caramelised onions and a cabbage chucked in for good measure. Cooking now for a few hours and ready for tomorrow, served with garlic croutons just to add to the utter insanity of this winter warming snow emergency delivery stoppage shoop. Normal price and a main meal in itself. ;) Might.... Just might.... Be short of a few things tomorrow, we shall shee.. sho.... This bad boy makes up for it ;@)

Charmian Oliver been creatively busy with Beths new pens today and updated our chalkboard in the doorway. Hope you don't mind the mention on the board Cairngorm Leaf & Bean and thank you for the fresh coffeee delivery today! We have Indian Monsoon in which sells out fast and is now my favourite of the beans we use. Perfect for a delicious flat white! Serving all tomorrow. Sold out of many items today so I'm staying in late doing prep! It's been a while so our Shausage Shoop is back on. Chorizo, Smoked Shausage , copious amounts of garlic and red wine, new tatties, carrots and cabbage make this one hell of a delicious bowl! Cyas Shunday ;@)
