This is the best way to keep up to date with all things CB Fitness. If your looking to get fit in fun surroundings why not try a classes or pt sessions CB Fitness currently runs  BOOTCAMP and boxercise classes  as well as 1-2-1 personal trainning in Fleetwood.

These sessions include many different types of full body exercises mixed with high and low intensity aerobic training and also core stabilization training.

The sessions are suitable for men, women and teens of all fitness levels and ability's.

All I ask is book and turn up ready to train and with a open mind.



The cost per session is £4 and you do need to book for evening sessions as I have a class limit of 15 people so as to be able to offer the best session possible.

All sessions are outdoor so please dress appropriately and come prepared with a light water proof just in case, as our lovely British weather can go good to bad in a flash.

I also offer a variety of other services as well as the bootcamps. These include 1-1 fitness sessions, sport specific individual or team fitness training. This can include pre season and maintenance though out the season.

March Free home workout no2 Ok guys here is set number 1 of todays workout. Before you start do a little warm up. Marching on the spot is fine and add some arm movements. Once warm give this a try. 1 frog Squat 2 kicksits 2 frogs 4 kicksits 3 frogs 6 kicksits 4 frogs 8 kicksits 5 frogs 10 kicksits 6 frogs 12 kicksits 7 frogs 14 kicksits 8 frogs 16 kicksits 9 frogs 18 kicksits 10 frogs 20 kicksits This makes one round If your a rookie just take your time and do one round. If your a Pro then why not up the pace and try 3-4 rounds. I promise you wont be disappointed Good luck and let me know how you got on.

You know the week has started when by 7:45am you have already been doing snakes and a 5 minuet round of gorillas 🦍 to reverse bear 🐻 crawls!! Even managed to film a quick set to send our best wishes to Chris Bradley one of ZUUs finest. Who was involved in a serious collision yesterday. Get well soon mate. (1 set 10 frogs 🐸) Now time for eggs 🥚 and to prepare for a great days training. Morning and afternoon pts followed by 3 evening classes and a cheeky Olympic weightlifting session somewhere in between. See you all later

(Ignore my sweaty red face😂) • Low Tyre squats, touching your bum on the tyre and squeezing at the top or your squat each time. 4 x 10 • Bosu ball mountain climbers, bringing your knees as close to your chest as poss. 4 x 50 • Squat, overhead press and burpee, 5 squats with alternate arm overhead press (yes I did 6 for the first one, I clearly can’t count). Then drop the weight and burpee and back up (this counts as one rep). 5 x 3reps

• Bulgarian split squats (yes I miss my footing on the changeover😂). Push through the heel of your standing foot (not your toes!!!) 4 sets, 10reps each leg. • Finished off with the 100 heavy glute bridge challenge. Try for 4 sets of 25 with MINIMAL rest in between, don’t forget to squeeze at the top!!! This BURNS 🍑🔥

Well let me tell you this. YOU DONT. All you need is yourself a small space and some motivation and 20mins. Iv designed programs and filmed workouts for clients to train in their bedrooms.
