Members of Blackpool and Fleetwood Yacht Club raised an amazing £500 for Fleetwood RNLI at their annual Lifeboat Dinner held at the club on Easter Saturday. Pictured are Gary and Paul thanking the Commodore Peter Jackson. Sincere thanks to all our friends at Skippool.
Our volunteers were at Dead 'Un's - aka The Royal Oak - this evening to receive a donation from our friends at Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde CAMRA. Many thanks for their continued support. Pictured is CAMRA chairman Rob Wheatley handing over £400 to Fleetwood Coxswain Tony Cowell.
Our flag flies at half mast today in honour of long time supporter of RNLI and friend of our lifeboat station, Lionel Marr. RIP.
Our inshore lifeboat was called out on Mother's Day, to tow a yacht back in, that had broken down. Paul, skipper of the yacht, was very grateful. Then it was back to the Mother's Day celebrations for Skip, Matt and Jonathon !
Stormy Stan met up with Captain Cod at Highbury on Saturday. Many thanks for the support from Fleetwood Town FC and their Community and Commercial teams. We raised nearly £700 of much needed funds on the day. The supporters were brilliant. Thank you.
Thank you to all supporters today. You gave generously and the match was a thriller too. Unlucky Fleetwood Town and thanks for allowing our fundraisers and crew to visit today.
