I don't normally work Sundays, but I've been doing treatments on some very special Mums this week so I have made an exception. Even though I have been doing therapy since the turn of the century I sometimes still surprise myself with what an amazing effect aromatherapy massage has on people. Lots of happy tears this afternoon. Super stressed to really relaxed 😇

Had a lovely afternoon today treating some very worthy people to massages. I am just in awe of them, because of their strength of character and resilience in truly difficult circumstances. It's been a real pleasure 😊

So today I am having a day off and am having a myself a little professional couch time, only thing is, which treatment to have? I normally plump for an aromatherapy reflexology, as its my ultimate favourite to give and receive, but I am seriously considering having an aromatherapy facial instead. Big decisions folks! And that's before I even have to decide which essential oils I'd like. I'm thinking " a gentle hug" today, so may be chamomile, clary sage, rose, geranium and frankincense. I hope you all enjoy your day. I know I will once I make my mind up! 😊

Used black pepper, geranium, lavender, neroli, sweet orange and lemon grass in a grape seed oil base to do a back massage. Probably one of the best aromatherapy blends I've ever done. Fabulous reiki attuned music. I could feel my reiki healing energy coming through it was so strong and powerful tonight. I love doing therapy. 😘

I absolutely and thoroughly love my job/work/vocation. I have done three aromatherapy back massages, two holistic facials and a full body massage today and met some truly inspirational people too. Feeling very privileged 😊

Had a lovely day today. Three reflexology treatments, an aromatherapy full body massage and an aromatherapy back massage. Five happy and content human beings back to good working order! 😊
