Here are just 3 of the stall holders charities that are joins us for this years Christmas lights market would you like to join them

So now we seem to have started this event for this year lol. Let's hope for much better weather!!! Please can I ask you for any of the following support and Donations We desperately need people to bake us a cake for the cake stall we are having this year (or to buy us a cake!!) a full size cake or buns , scones , brownies , etc it doesn't matter anything would be fantastic. Plus we are holding our annual big RAFFLE which will be drawn on the night so please if anybody could donate a RAFFLE prize that would be amazing. If there are any organisations out there that raise funds for a charity and would like a stall on the night market please get in touch they are already being snapped up so don't gang around. As always all profit from this event will go to EYAM OLD FOLK'S FUND so it's a great cause. The big switch on night is SATURDAY 26th NOVEMBER from around 4pm listed below are just some of the attractions on the day Tideswell band playing carols Hot food and drinks available Cake stall RAFFLE Santas big arrival Hand built Grotto And a fantastic light display It's definitely not to be missed. If there are any businesses out there that would like to make a donation to us we would be so Grateful it doesn't have to be a big donation anything would be amazing. But don't worry if you can't make it on this night as the Grotto will be open every Friday , Saturday , and Sunday from 5:00pm - 8:00pm.

Gordon’s Christmas Lights As I write this we are heading to the middle of October and we are already working on this year’s display and plans are underway for the grotto and night market. This year’s display will be switched on by Steve Brown, Chair of the Eyam Half Marathon. The switch-on will be on Saturday the 26th of November where once again we will be joined by Tideswell Band and the Christmas night market will once again be open for business. If anyone would like a stall on the market there are still a few left. Please speak to Mark Lowe if you are interested. There will be plenty of delicious food and drinks available to keep you warm and Santa will join us passing among the children handing out sweets before taking up his post in the Grotto. The Grotto will then be open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 5.00pm till 8.00pm. Please keep a look out for any other events we are hoping to plan during December. We would like to thank everyone who braved the terrible weather last year and we are praying for decent weather this year. We look forward to seeing you there!
