The Beach House is a wonderful house for larger groups or a number of families having a celebration. The house is currently being refurbished and hopefully will be ready for the Easter holidays 2016 - bookings around this time are subject to confirmation.
The house is only 100m from Exmouths 3 miles of sandy beach. The house is a classic Arts and Crafts house dating from 1896 with wonderful features. The house is owned by local watersports and kitesurfing experts and a local vineyard owner! There are watersports facilities such as paddleboards included in the rental and the possibility of wine tasting and vineyard and winery visits. Amazing sea views, hot tub and seasonal swimming pool. The Beach House is currently under refurbishment and internal pictures of the bedrooms and other rooms will be provided when available and on request.
