Due to the large number of clients attending the morning 'drop in' sessions, we now feel they have become unsustainable. On a regular basis we have clients queuing anything up to an hour before opening,we regularly are having to turn clients away or they are having to wait up to 2 hours to be seen. To avoid this we have taken the decision to introduce an appointment only system. Please contact the DIRC on 0121 382 6660 for more information and to book an appointment. Thank you
