Helping people to lose weight with healthy eating, being supportive in our group settings and so leading to their continuing success. At Slim 4 Life we pride ourselves on ensuring our members are empowered to lose weight through the support of our groups, our Facebook closed group and personalized one to one encouragement.
Each Mentor weighs their group members themselves so the member's weight remains absolutely private.
We are not medically trained doctors and will happily work with the specific advice given to each member from their doctor to ensure a smooth weight loss journey.
If you are interested in joining one of our groups please find the one which suits you best, we will be happy to explain our plan to you. There is no obligation to join, the time has to be right for you.
Elaine's groups and venues:
Monday: The Necarne Arms, Irvinstown @ 5.30pm and 7pm
Tuesday: The Enniskillen Hotel, Enniskillen @ 10am, 5.30pm and 7pm
Wednesday: St Ronan's Hall, Lisnaskea @ 7pm
Thursday: Armagh Cricket Club, Armagh @ 10am & 5.30pm

Monday: The Hockey Club, Belfast Rd; Newry @ 9.30am, 5.30pm @ 7pm
