I am extremely nervous to post this as I have eaten more than I should have on many days of the challenge with my birthday in August, the Edinburgh festival going on with food stands and coming back home a week ago. I'm now home in Ethiopia and I felt very bloated for a few days after arriving. I'm happy to say I have been looking a little leaner these past couple of days. My 30 day challenge wasn't about weight loss but about gaining lean muscle mass and losing some body fat. Train for your goals and don't give up if things don't go as planned, stick to it and the results will come! Believe in yourself and trust the journey! MyonlinePT
So here it is! I'm starting a 30 day challenge as of today. I've been meaning to put this post up for a week but I kept postponing it. The truth is I'm scared of not making improvements and letting my clients down. I struggle to eat "right" just like everyone else, I love pizza and cake!! So I want to be able to show you it is possible to see positive changes in your body in just a month, even whilst indulging every once in a while (moderation is key). Deadlifts 3x5 on 100kg and only managed 4 reps on the 3rd set at this weight. Starting to see my strength increase again and it feels so good.
