Opened in 1999, Restaurant Martin Wishart is situated in Edinburgh's historic Port of Leith. Over 15 years later, the restaurant continues to bring the very best traditional and modern French cuisine to Edinburgh, using only the finest Scottish ingredients. Under Martin Wishart's expert direction, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star in 2001, an accolade that has been retained every year since.
