Description
The Concorde Club is an entertainment venue. Originally established in 1957 as a members club, nowadays we welcome non members too! The Club offers a diverse entertainment programme presenting live music of various genres five nights a week, including jazz, tribute bands and DJs plus cabaret dinners, fashion shows, charity quiz nights, and many other events..
The club boasts an excellent restaurant, wine bar and hotel. World famous for jazz the club is the winner of Brecon Jazz the Blue Plaque Award – voted by the public as the venue most significant in the history and development of British Jazz. Still under the same ownership, the Club celebrated its 55th anniversary in 2012.
Some people mistakenly think we were named after the aeroplane infact ‘Concorde’ was taken from a piece of music written by John Lewis (who named it after Place de la Concorde in Paris) and released on LP by the Modern Jazz Quartet around 1955.

Sarah Jayne and Award Winning Vocal Impersonator Andy Crust take us on a journey back through time meeting some of the most influential icons who shaped Country music history. The show features Patsy Cline, Johnny Cash, Billie Jo Spears, Kenny Rogers, Willie Nelson, Tammy Wynette, Garth Brooks, John Denver and new for 2017 Glen Campbell. The show also includes The Tennessee Allstar Band.
