The Christmas Market is going well and this year we have a bar in the centre as well as loads of food stalls. I recommend trying the one selling the smoked prawns. Yummy !

The problem with staff training trips is missing out on hurricane Doris.

Another brisk winters day but the staff training never falters. New discoveries are being made every day, like how far you can walk in a straight line after 8 cocktails. A surprisingly short distance was noted and discussed at the next bar. Happy days.
