Description
Welcome to East Linton Bowling Club.
Set in rural East linton we are a friendly Bowling Club with a thriving membership playing at all levels, both socially and in competitions. The Club boasts an excellent green and is regularly praised by visiting bowlers as having possibly the best playing surface of any club in the East Lothian area.
The setting is magnificent as well, where members and visitors can play and enjoy a game of bowls in peaceful surroundings on the lowered playing surface surrounding by raised bankings.
We have a superb clubhouse that caters for all our members either social or playing bowls, with members always willing to help any new faces or future members.
New members of all standards are always welcome at East LintonBowling Club. One week until the Green opens. Another treatment due at the beginning of the week and then cutting in time for the opening. Lovely sward!
The Opening of the Green will take place on Saturday 8th April at 2.00pm all welcome. Depending on the turn out we will have 11 ends of bowling to kick off the new season £1.00 per head. Winning rink takes all. MEMBERSHIPS NOW DUE
Alan Clydesdale's funeral will take place at Warriston Crematorium on the 6th April at 1pm. RIP Colonel.

Hi all thanks to everyone who made it to the Presentation last night. Congratulations to all the winners and to the runners up better luck this year. Also special thanks to resident photographer Robin Dickson and to my other half Elaine who was entertaining us as DJ. Mustn't forget Andy Grant who kept us well watered at the bar and finally Dawn Murdoch lady President who helped me with the Presentation. Thanks again Alan McCue.(el.presidenty)
