We are an Organic farm based in East Linton. We offer an Organic Vegbox scheme delivering to Edinburgh and East Lothian. Contact us for more information! We run a Veg box scheme delivering fresh, seasonal, Organic produce throughout Edinburgh and East Lothian; supply Wholesale to restaurants and shops and are a regular feature at both Edinburgh, Leith , Haddington and Eyemouth Farmer's Markets and Food Assemblies.
Farming just 25 miles from Edinburgh, on the edge of East Linton,is Phantassie House home to Phantassie Organic Produce.
Originally only 1 acre of land, over 150 years of farming and through the labour previously of hard working pigs, the farmland has been dug and cultivated into 5 acres worth.
As Organic farmers, the vegetables are grown using natural compost; crop rotation and companion planting aids the strength of the soil. By being Organic growers, the farm is certified BDAA Organic Standard GB6, meaning that the rules are very strict and checks are regular.
No sprays or fertilisers are used on the crops, and no produce is genetically modified (G.M.).
