I am a personal trainer & fitness professional involved in delivering exercise prescription & instruction.  I motivate clients by setting fitness & weight loss goals and also providing feedback and accountability to clients. This is partially achieved by measuring clients strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. These fitness assessments will be performed before & after an exercise program to measure a clients improvements in physical activity. I will provide education in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health & nutritional guidelines.

Hey everyone as u know ive been on my holidays 😎😎 normal schedule returns Tuesday the 29th due to Monday being a bank holiday. I will be in contwct with all current clients before then to schedule sessions and see how uv been progressing 💪💪

Not posting for awhile on my pt page, been busy training my 121 clients and settling in to the new pt structure at X4L. Just finished Tough Mudder 2017 at the weekend with a great group of people. We completed the course in 3 and a hlaf hours . Much improved from 5hrs the previous year 😅😅🕰⏱

Finishing of Legs session yesterday with walking Lunges. No weight as legs were already knackered, and didn't even want to do these. Training legs with a partner or trainer always reeps the best benefits. Thanks to Gavin Coyle for getting my thorugh my toughest session of the year so far. Leg Day (Quads & Hammies) No heavy Squats today 1o sets on Hack Squats- 8-12 reps each set Recumbent Leg Press- 3 sets 14,12,10,8 with 5 secs pause after each rep range. Destroyed Quads. Seated leg Curls superset with Lying leg Curls 10 reps each 4 sets with controlled negatives on lighter sets. Walking Lungings to finish session off.

Looking to get fit and healthy at the gym? Struggling to get the motivation you need and not sure what to do? Why not come and join my fitness group Monday and Fridays @ 9.30am and 6.30pm. Meet on gym floor next to single Power Rack area. The group sessions will include: 2 x 1 hour training sessions per week. Using bodyweight, weighted exercises, Ab Routines and Cardio to hit the full body. Guidance and support with nutrition plans. Support with training plans. Group motivation & teamwork to hit individual training goals.
