Eastgate Caravan Site and Don's Pond is a family run, family friendly site ideally situated in the tranquil village of East Heslerton. It is 13 miles from the seaside resort of Scarborough & 30 miles from the beautiful & historic city of York.  Nearby is the small market town of Malton with its regular food markets throughout the year.

Eastgate Caravan Site is in the heart of the countryside with lovely views of the surrounding area and the Yorkshire Wolds are nearby just over the hill.  We are situated next to the York to Scarborough railway line where throughout July and August there is the wonderful sight of the magnificent steam engines running frequently down the line to Scarborough.

The nearest shop is a 2-mile drive away and there are plenty of village pubs serving a variety of food in the area.

There is a regular bus service through our village to Scarborough and York; the bus stop is a 15-minute walk from the
caravan site.

FACILITIES

Sat in 3/4 acre of flat, well drained grassland.
We can accommodate 12 touring caravans (motor homes & trailer tents also welcome) All pitches are well spaced out & include electric hook up & water.
On site we have a shower & 2 toilet blocks which are well maintained on a daily basis.

There is also an outdoor  children’s play area which is suitable for under 10 years of age & an indoor snooker room for the older visitors(a small extra charge is payable for this)
Recycling is actively encouraged on site & dogs are welcome on a lead at all times.
