Some Recent Reviews: Stunning cottage. Just refurbished so everything was state of the art and very clean. Lovely wee pub down the road and the jacuzzi was a great addition - Martin We had a lovely stay at Thimblewynd. The house was perfect, we enjoyed the records. The sun shone during our stay enabling us to enjoy the garden and the stars under clear skies. The walks were great for dogs, Brando enjoyed meeting the sheep by the river! We ordered food from the nearby Kirkstyle inn, it was delicious, big thanks to Jamie. We had a very happy birthday and would highly recommend this house - Lisa We wanted to celebrate our first wedding anniversary in a special, luxury house. This property ticked all our boxes plus more! The location is quiet and peaceful yet walkable to the local pub where we got a great meal. We absolutely loved the decor, so much so my wife was taking mental images to re-create the look at our own home! Our host went the extra mile by getting us a bottle of fizz to drink & celebrate by the amazing hot tub! Couldn't recommend this property any higher and we'll certainly be back! - Johnny
