Brilliant weight losses in our donaghmore group tonight despite it being a bank holiday weekend also. Members in with 4, 5 and 6 lbs off & awards of 1 stone award, a1.5 stone award, a 2.5 stone award & also a 4.5 stone award to name but a few. The team is certainly on fire & to think I thought the weight loss this week might have been lower x

Groups as normal this week with the exception of donaghmore where we will only be there from 5 pm to 7 pm, with group at 5.30pm. Looking forward to seeing you all soon x

It’s Bank Holiday weekend & to celebrate we are offering free membership with a countdown from next week or else a free week to an existing member if you bring someone along to join .
