Here’s something we have been doing for years called scratch render or silicone based render,Iv added a few pictures of stuff we have done and a few are for examples of what can be done. In the pictures you’ll see scratch render on new builds and how a house that was built 40/50 years ago can be rendered straight over old Harling and make it look like a new build and up to date with the newest looks. On a few pictures you will see insulation boards that are grey with white plugs these are put on over the existent render,Harling,brick,blocks on the house to keep the heat in your house and add at least 80% heat value when completed. Another thing that’s in our extensive repertoire of cement work. Fixing stone copes and It wasn’t a easy one that’s for sure!!!! The cope was at least 100kgs and when we removed it to reset found there was a 8 inch tree root that was pushing it off center and causing the problem. Cut root back,bed cope...job done

We are slowly taking out all the 70’s Artex in Dundee 💪🏼 The pictures show the Artex scrapped and prepped ready to be coated smooth then the final coat applied. Job was to make the Kitchen more spacious no problem to us! we knocked down the cupboard wall and made it safe with a new Lintel then sheeted,bonded and finished with a plaster coat on top. Ready for a new kitchen to be installed 👌🏻

A garden wall where the old red brick was flaking and perished so we metal Lathed it and coated it with a scratch coat and top cement coat that should hold for another 25 years 👌🏻

This is how you sort out a stone room no plasterboard or wood just browning and plaster and a few beads. Takes serious skills to straighten walls by hand but no problem for us a lot of experience in all aspects of the trade. If you need something similar give me a message and we can have a look

Here's something of a unique job we have been doing it was a thermalite block house that the owners had rendered 4/5 years ago but with it being thermalite the render fell off well before its 20 year expectancy With this job the cement has to be mixed differently and the blocks prepped with sbr and metal lath plugged all over it to make sure there are no mistake and ending up with a unhappy customer I'll put the photos up in order of us stripping it off to complete Any questions feel free to give me a message
