What an amazing turn out at class last night. Think we need the bigger hall though

**Grading** Please note, our classes are closed tonight for non members as our students are grading. Classes back to normal from next week.

Please note There will be no martial arts class this evening as our students are grading. Fitness class is as usual although grading may run slightly over time, but we will still have a 45 minute fitness session.

A massive well done to the WOMAA Scotland Squad. Medal total is 18 gold 🥇 8 silver 5 bronze What an amazing result. Hopefully some NEK fighters manage the next one

We're always proud of our students but rarely post about the adults. So.... Last night one of our adults made a huge accomplishment. Alison stopped smoking 6 weeks ago and said to me her goal is to do a full ton up without being too breathless and being able to count every single exercise. Well, last night SHE NAILED IT! Well done Alison, that's a massive achievement. Onwards and upwards 👊💪
