The winner of a 2 nights stay in 2018 was drawn at random today by a local resident (picture atrached) it is Halloween after all. The winner has been notified by e-mail and comes from Denmark. We would to take this opportunity to thank all our guests so far this year in making our first year at Gowanbrae so enjoyable.

Whisky Nosing and Tasting - Wed 6th Sept 2017 Members of Dufftown 2000 will be hosting a nosing and tasting of Single Malts from Selected Speyside Distilleries. The nosing and tasting will take place in the Commercial Hotel Function Suite, Dufftown on Wednesday 6th Sept 2017 at 8.00pm. The tasting will feature Drams from Glen Grant, Glenallachie, Tamnavulin, Dailuaine, Aberlour and Tomintoul. Enjoy a tutored whisky nosing and tasting and the opportunity to win a bottle of Single Malt in our blind nosing competition. Admission is £15 and includes a souvenir Glencairn Blenders Glass.
