Yikes it’s 23rd January already! A late Happy New Year to you all. I am not on FB much at all recently but am still very grateful for all the business and support I have received over the last year, it has been a busy but really good year and I am very lucky to be doing something I love. I don’t get much time for other reading unless it’s work related or study related but a friend recommended this book and said it was a one sitting read and everyone should read it, she wasn’t wrong! Have a look, this man is inspirational in all he does. Enjoy!

A little jaunt up Slieve Donard for sunrise and the sun didn't appear until we were back down a bit but a great morning all the same and a great way to start 2017. Many thanks to the lovely people I have met this year and the friends I have already made, it's been a good and full year. Happy New Year to you all. Here's hoping 2017 is as good. 🎉🎉🎉

As you know I already perform Dry Needling but this new Qualification just adds to the type of needling I can perform. This was a very detailed course which is already proving to be a very effective treatment in my treatment room. Don't be nervous of needles, once you have this treatment you won't look back. Don't hesitate to contact me to discuss.
