At the Four Winds holistic centre I offer in-clinic and online mind, body, energetics sessions.
I use Kinesiology which uses the gentle art of muscle testing to access information about a person's well-being. The goal of a session is to identify and remedy any imbalance within the body and mind.
I work in-clinic and I also work online via Skype. Skype sessions work exactly the same way because I act as a surrogate and muscle test my body on your behalf. This works just as accurately as a way to pick up your imbalances and also as way to find out what it is you need to being your body, mind and spirit back into balance.
I check functional biochemistry pathways in the body. Functional biochemistry assesses: digestive problems, skin disorders, migraines, toxins,adrenal fatigue, thyroid, chronic fatigue to name a few. I also work on emotional blocks in the body and shift them from meridians using acupressure points.
Remedies required differ according to individual needs and vary from session to session. Remedies include:
