Rhubarb and Custard Cocktail This week at The Brae we will be selling our newly-created Rhubarb and Custard cocktail as a throwback to the old-style hard candy. Using Edinburgh Rhubarb and Ginger gin, mixed with some sweet and sour and frothed up using egg whites this cocktail tastes like the real thing. As if this wasn't enough, the cocktail is served with a Rhubarb and Custard crushed candy rim and freshly picked rhubarb.
