Pilates classes in Dorking. Small class numbers. Suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Fully qualified instructors.  Pilates is a low impact and highly effective form of exercise, suitable for all women and men of all ages and levels of fitness. The exercises focus on improving core strength which in turn helps with posture, muscle tone, strengthening and stretching. You may want a flatter stomach or need to ease back pain; you may wish to partake in Pilates because you perform alot of high impact exercise and need to stretch and re-align your muscles. Perhaps you are pregnant or have recently given birth and want to tone up gently and improve pelvic floor strength. Pilates can help with all these.
Our classes take place in a modern studio located in central Dorking. The business is privately owned between three of the instructors - Wendy Scott, Tina Westwood and Sarah Reeves.
Class numbers are limited to ten which means that our instructors can offer extra guidance as needed.
All our instructors are fully qualified and highly experienced. In addition to the business owners, Sophia Sladden and Belinda Cox also teach at our studio.
We run classes every morning, except Sundays, and in the evenings Monday to Thursday.
Private classes can be arranged upon request.
We offer a range of payment options - full details are on our website.
