These toppers were bought especially for the cake by my customer. I didn’t realise until I opened them that they were, in fact, rubbers, which you assemble then pull apart! I did have a few problems with wobbly heads and lost legs! So I hope it made it to the party!

Keeping it simple for this December wedding. Just a few sugar roses and some navy ribbon adorn this silver and ivory cake.

Happy New Year everyone! Gradually getting back to normal and posting some of my long overdue cake pics from last year. This wedding was in November and it was their 2nd celebration - the first was overseas. One tier of chocolate fudge cake and two of vanilla sponge, with handmade sugar roses to finish off.

Well, it’s the end of a fantastic year for me. With all you lovely people giving me the chance to create so many interesting, unusual, beautiful and sometimes challenging cakes. Huge thankyou to all of you - friends, followers, likers and customers. I look forward to doing it all again next year.
