Welcome to Tracey's Fitness. I am a level 3 qualified Pilates instructor, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Therapist & Gymnastics Coach. I am passionate about helping others get fit, lose body fat and improve their well-being.
I think getting in shape is about making a lifestyle change rather than trying to find the latest quick fix. I help people achieve their goals by educating and motivating, this means that you can make permanent changes to your lifestyle and stay in shape for the long haul.

Well it’s that time again my Pilates lovers 😁🇦🇺. Classes this week will be Wednesday evening 7.30pm & Thursday 10am. Normal classes will resume on Monday 30th April ✈️ ☀️
