I know it’s Christmas and Santa sneaks in and out unannounced and leaves presents. . . well today we didn’t get Santa but we got an unexpected visitor unannounced who left us a lovely present . . . this fabulous review of their visit to Tweed@wadworth. We are always delighted when people take the time to comment on their visit and use any customer feedback as a tool for improvement but the observations of our visitor today left me and my family overwhelmed. I would like to sincerely thank . . . the mystery shopper for the detail and humour in this review it made me chuckle. When we set out on this journey, three years ago it was always with the idea that ‘quality is the best business plan’ and quality means doing it right when no one is looking!
