Recovering after a very busy couple of days showing. On Friday we went to Lampeter Agricultural Show where Moelview Waterlily our yearling filly won her class. It was a first ever outing for our two year old colt, Moelview Prince Charlie. He won his class and went on to take the Welsh B Youngstock Championship and then went Overall Welsh B Champion winning his Bronze Medal. Charlie then went Reserve Supreme Youngstock Champion. Unbelievable results for his debut in the show ring and he behaved so well. On Saturday Charlie went to Eglwysbach Annual Show where he won his class and went Reserve Welsh B Champion. To gain more experience, we entered him into the Stallion class which he won and then went on to take the section championship. The highlight of the day had to be when he went Reserve Supreme of Show winning his first sash. Such a good pony and certainly seems to be enjoying the attention.x

It was a successful day for Moelview ponies at the National Welsh & Welsh Part Bred Championship Show held on Sunday 6th August 2017 in Malvern. Moelview MOONSTRUCK ridden by Chloe Chubb won the Brynseion Welsh B Ridden Championship. They then went on to win the Novice Ridden Welsh B Class and were Reserve Novice Champion. In the Welsh B HOYS Class, Moelview MOSCATO was 2nd for Charlotte Edwards. Just one point behind the winner. Massive congratulations on brilliant results. Royal Welsh Show 2017 turned out to be quite a good one! Second in hand show of the season for us. Moelview Waterlily was 3rd in the yearling filly class; Moelview Prince Harry was 3rd in the three year old colt class and Moelview Chieftain was 7th in the stallion class. He has turned his hooves to everything this year including dressage, show jumping and hunter trials...such a versatile pony. Apologies for not keeping this page up to date these last two months.....sadly Jane's Father passed away unexpectedly at the end of May, so as you can appreciate attentions have been very much elsewhere. Therefore we have much catching up to do as much has happened; especially during this month! SATURDAY 1ST JULY and MOELVIEW MOONSTRUCK ridden by Chloe Chubb qualified for the HORSE OF THE YEAR SHOW in Monmouth. This was just the news we needed to hear at such a sad time. Thrilled too as Moonie is still only in his novice ridden year. A massive THANK YOU to the everyone that made this happen - Ollie and Jo Burchell, Ollie's Mum Mandy and not forgetting Mummy Chubb, Lesley and finally to the superstar rider Chloe.
