Ive been super busy with trips to Mexico and Costa Rica and next week Im off to Egypt. Last 2 months my training has been mainly cardio based due to my tendinitis in my arm restricting me from pretty much anything else. Im in the final stages of developing our latest body transformation package 'Ninety' plus were putting together some media work for our studio and products. PLUS were looking at re ignighting our UK weekend fitness retreats... Lots going on :) Keep up the good work!

I'm pleased to announce the winner of our "Are you next" giveaway promotion we ran over the New Year. We received many applications and some humbling stories but our team who read through them all, made the decision and felt Debs Vee was the worthy winner. It wasn't an easy decision and it was very close and the choice wasn't made to someone who felt if they won would change their life by working towards a goal of weight loss or fitness, but more of the potential of what could be achieved with my help and focus towards achieving a goal of opportunity, one which hadn't been presented to get until now. Debbie receives a package worth almost £5000, including a weekly personal training session with myself, a kick starter pack of Herbalife 24 Sports nutrition supplements, meal plans plus guidance and support. Debbie will also document her journey on social media via a weekly blog that we will share too so you keep track of what we're up too. Plus once settled, she will join our team of PJG Ambassadors to help promote our vision of promoting a healthy active lifestyle regardless of how busy you are. Happy new year all! I hope your New Years bodies are well on their way to being worked & tested hard! I had a lovely New Years away on retreat in Mexico for two weeks with a client and was straight back on it the day I got back! The studio is busy, clients are working on their new missions and I'm trying to rid my tendinitis.
