John worked with us through the design and planning stages in advance of providing the detailed quotation. John assisted with all questions, providing options and alternatives based on his experience as well as guiding and advising through the planning process and timescales. Once work was underway John , Mike and Charlie worked at pace, arriving early and were always courteous and polite. Mess and disruptions were inevitable given the scale of the project - but these were kept to a minimum with John arranging the worst impacting jobs for when we were away on holiday.John, Mike and Charlie were completely trustworthy and were a pleasure to have in the house.A few (very minor) niggling problems towards the end of the project took longer to resolve than expected and detracted slightly from what was an overall very positive experience.I would thoroughly recommend John and the team if you are considering any building / improvement activities.
