Look at these beauties!! Red Velvet Cheesecake Brownies. Gooey chocolate brownies with a baked cheesecake top 😍😍

Made a gorgeous little 6inch cake for a friend yesterday! Mint aero inspired! Chocolate sponge filled with peppermint buttercream topped with a milk chocolate drip and crushed Aero chocolate 😋

Just a simple Vanilla sponge filled Vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam, topped with a white chocolate ganache drip 😛 This was the 3rd white chocolate ganache I made that morning 🙈 it just wasn't going so well 😂

We've been awfy quiet over here☹️ however have some red velvet cupcakes to brighten a Friday evening! 😛

It's been a busy busy afternoon of nonstop baking here. However the house smells lovely! I can't wait to sit down!😂 Tomorrow is decorating day -my favourite part of the baking process! 😄🎂😜

It's been a bit quiet over here for sometime now, however its time to dust off the cobwebs! We've got something big happening at the end of the week! Safe to say I'm a little nervous! 🙈😄🎂

Made a lovely batch of 40 music themed cupcakes this weekend for a 40th bus run! 20 lemon and blueberry and 20 chocolate. 🎂 Im gonna let you in on a little secret... i accidently made roughly 30 of each flavour 😂 my brain didn't register that I needed to make 20 of each, so instead i made 30 of each 😂😂

I've been busy this weekend making this 😍 It's a 2 tiered vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam! The top tier is the exact same but coloured blue for a little surprise!

So this is my first attempt at a chocolate drip cake and LOOK HOW GOOD IT TURNED OUT:D So it's 2 chocolate sponges filled with chocolate and salted caramel buttercream, covered in chocolate buttercream and topped with chocolate sponge crumbs and a dark chocolate drip! 😋😄🎂
