RTPT partners with people who want to feel better, build confidence and improve their health and wellbeing. We can also partner with you to achieve a specific fitness goal.
RTPT prides itself on small group and personal training. You will be surrounded by likeminded people who are here for the same reason as you….to become the best you can be.
Unlike conventional fitness classes RTPT group sessions limit numbers so we can tailor the activities to your ability. We use a range of innovative techniques to ensure training is never boring. The sessions build trust between each other to create a positive, supportive community, which helps each person achieve their goals.
RTPT also excels at delivering personal training, which should be just that, personal. This approach can “kick start” your programme or focus on a demanding fitness goal. It allows accelerated development through an individualised service. You have someone at your side to guide, motivate and support you on your fitness journey.
We start with an initial consultation and together we devise a weekly, monthly and even annual routines, with emphasis on achieving the right results for you. This includes what we do together combined with simple straightforward lifestyle advice to boost your success

Each person has their own journey, our aim is to make it fun, combined with the right programme that stretches you. Together we track progress towards achieving your exercise, nutritional and lifestyle goals within the shortest time possible.

It's the time of year again where everyone is setting targets and goals. But before you do consider the habit that surrounds your goal. Goal 1🎯 Lose some weight Habit 1 Make a brew... But eat biscuits or a packet of crisps before the kettle is even boiled.☕🍪 Habit 2 Pay for petrol... Walk back to the car with a bag of minstrels (they're my favourite)🍫 Its good to set goals but it's more important to be aware of your own habits that stop results. Are you a Overthinker? Are someone who knows the right things to do, and who thinks about them all the time, but can't seem to take action. Having a fitness/diet plan is good as it shows you are ready for change. But the best thoughts and plans are worthless without action. Don't let thought crowd out action.
